About The Event
Come and learn your many options for self-defense in the event of an attack! The RAD method utilizes realistic self-defense tactics and techniques. It is a comprehensive course for women that begins with awareness, prevention, risk reduction, and avoidance, then progresses on to the basics of hands-on defense training. Presented by internationally certified instructors, Jessi and Lt. Joshua Fraker.
- Please plan to attend both sessions (October 24 & 31).
- Wear comfortable workout clothes and closed-toe shoes.
- Plan for a 1-hour lunch break during each session.
