Join us for a FREEmonthly presentation and dinner. Topics cover a variety of health and diet-related issues as well as cooking tips and recipes. 



January 27 - March 31, 2022

Learn the science behind weight loss and more importantly the motivation to put it into practice! FREE weekly programs for 10 weeks will help you lose and keep losing after the program is over. No diets, no fads, just education and motivation in a friendly group setting. Meets Thursday evenings @ 7pm online.



April 5 - 26, 2022

Learn how simple lifestyle changes can help you decrease your blood pressure and reduce medication usage. Dr. Greg Steinke has literally "written the book" on this common health care problem. FREE weekly programs for four weeks packed with actionable information. Meets online Tuesday evenings.


June 27 - August 1, 2022

Come learn how to beat diabetes! Dr. Inankur specializes in endocrinology and will teach you the science behind reversing the most common type of diabetes in the US. Lectures, small group discussion, cooking demos and a low glycemic index recipe demonstration during each of FREE six weekly sessions. Meets Monday evenings.



Aug 23 - Sep 13, 2022

Want to eat healthier but think it takes too much time and effort?  Come join our hands-on class and treat yourself to simple foods made delicious by you!  Our FREE cooking school is 4 weekly sessions in which you will learn skills to make a plant-based lifestyle attainable. Meets Tuesdays @ 6:30PM.

Learn how dental and oral disease are often early signs of poor systematic health and simple ways in which you can maintain and ensure dental wellness from today onward. First 15 participants will receive a free dental screening. This FREE dental health class is 4 weekly sessions meeting on Tuesdays.

Nedley Depression and Anxiety Recovery Program (NDARP) 

Depression and Anxiety are common issues faced by many people especially given current world conditions. Come learn the underlying causes and the effective lifestyle treatment. The only side effects are peace and happiness! Eight weekly sessions include lectures and interaction with certified staff in-person, or by Zoom. Discover what has worked for so many others. NDARP has a proven track record based on solid, documented scientific research and is presented in an interesting and understandable way. Meets Thursdays from 7:00 to 9:00 pm.
